Czech ministry receives four offers for CSA

Czech Finance Ministry received four preliminary bids for national air carrier CSA as part of a privatisation tender opened last month, Reuters reported.

The ministry said it received applications from a consortium called Travel Service, majority owned by Icelandair and Unimex Group; France's Air France-KLM; Russia's Aeroflot ; and private equity firm Odien.

The ministry had said it hoped to pick a winner by the end of September. Analysts expect the deal to fetch up to US$254.6 million.
