¡¡¡¡¡ùStandard booth: (depth 3m,height 2.5m, partition walls on two sides should add 1000 RMB)
RMB6800.00/9sqm RMB9000.00/12sqm RMB11200.00/15sqm
Facility includes: partition walls on three sides, 1 information counter, 2 chairs, 1 socket (10A), 1 company sign in Chinese.
¡¡¡¡¡ùRaw space: RMB 700.00/sqm (18sqm rent at least, limited height 6m)
The standard configuration: exhibit space, security services, cleaning services, not including any facility.

Procedures of Participation
¡¡¡¡1¡¢The companies shall fill in the Contract to Participate the Exhibition with seals and post or fax to the office of the organizing committee ( fax:+86-532-8361 3588 ) and send all of the participation expense or earnest (50%) by telegraph or by person with in 5 days to designated accounts, the rest should pay before  March31,2008, If not receive any costs, the organizers will not retain the booking  booths.

¡¡¡¡2¡¢The principle of Arrange the exhibition places: the organization committee will follow the principle of “sign up first, pay first and arrange first”.  “Priority of large areas”

¡¡¡¡3¡¢Conference affairs arrangement: the organizing committee will post the Exhibitor Manual 30 days in advance to each exhibitor (including the schedule, item on display transportation, hotel reception, exhibition platform establishment).

¡¡¡¡4¡¢Before November 30, 2007  10% discount for the cost of the booth. Deadline for application March31, 2008.
